伴隨著即將發行的《Monster Ball Tour》的DVD，一張名為《Born This Way the Remix》的Lady Gaga新作的混音專輯也將發行，這張15首歌曲的混音專輯將有Foster the People，R&B歌手邁克爾-伍茲(Micheal Woods)等人鼎力助陣。《Born This Way the Remix》也是Lady Gaga繼去年的《The Remix》之後，再度發行專輯的混音版本。Lady Gaga在去年曾邀請寵物店男孩(Pet Shop Boys)，Passion Pit以及Alphahbeat等人加入她《The Fame Monster》的製作。據Nielsen統計，這張專輯在北美的銷量為24萬9千張。


專輯即將 2011/11/21 發行，共有3種版本：
1.第一種版本《Born This Way 加長版》（17首歌），外加 知名攝影師 Terry Richardson替女神拍攝的一組照片集
2.第二種版本《Born This Way remix 》由14組音樂人混音的作品
3.第三種版本是《Born This Way 加長版》+《Born This Way remix 》+《Monster Ball Tour》的藍光DVD豪華套裝版，DVD內容是之前在 HBO 播放過的短篇傳記電影
